I just wanted to say how pleased I am with Lily and Lulu’s new hair cuts! It was quite scary having to find a new hairdresser for them, but you made it very easy. They always seem happy to see you, and are content in the car on the way home. Lhasa Apso’s have so much hair and I was worried that you would take too much off, but you managed to make them look tidy without looking too groomed – which I don’t like. Anyway, once again a big thank you.
